To make the shoot out is one goal, but to win it all ties in luck and straight puke-driven guts. That’s what happened to Mr. Pepe and Mr. Katzeff in the recent Pelican Golf Club Member-Guest. We open up and give Pep a big congrats and hear the story from him.
